I just have to say, I am absolutely blown away by the DC Collectibles DC Comics The New 52 Martian Manhunter Action Figure. This thing is seriously impressive. I mean, just look at it! It’s based on the character from DC Comics – The New 52, and let me tell you, they did not skimp on the details. And when I say “generously articulated,” I mean it. This guy can move in ways I didn’t even know were possible for an action figure. Limited edition? More like limited edition awesome.
Let me introduce you to my good friend Jerry. Jerry loves all things DC Comics, so when I showed him my new Martian Manhunter action figure, he was beside himself with jealousy. And who could blame him? This thing is incredible! It recreates one of the most enduring and popular characters in the DC Universe with such exacting detail that it’s almost like he jumped right out of the comic book pages and into my hands. Sorry Jerry, looks like this one’s mine.

5. History of The DC Universe: Series 4: Martian Manhunter Action Figure
I just have to say, this History of The DC Universe Series 4 Martian Manhunter Action Figure is out of this world! And I’m not just saying that because it’s a figure of a Martian. The outstanding sculpting and articulation on this thing is top-notch. I could pose him in any way I wanted and he looked amazing every time. Plus, the 4-color blister card packaging was a nice touch – it really made it feel like a collector’s item.
My friend John is a huge fan of DC Comics, so when I saw this figure based on the art of George Pérez from DC Comics’ History of the DC Universe, I knew I had to get it for him. Needless to say, he was over the moon (or should I say over Mars?) when he received it. He couldn’t stop gushing about how detailed the figure was and how much it resembled the character from the comics. It’s safe to say that this gift was a hit!
Honestly, who wouldn’t want to add this Fourth series of figures inspired by one of DC’s most popular titles to their collection? As soon as I saw the Silver Age Martian Manhunter standing at 6.75″ high, I knew he would be a perfect addition to my shelf full of figures. And let me tell you, he did not disappoint.
