I, John, recently purchased the LEGO Marvel Rocket’s Warbird vs. Ronan set and I couldn’t be happier with my purchase! As a huge fan of the Marvel universe, this buildable spaceship toy allows me to recreate epic battles from Guardians of the Galaxy and beyond. The level of detail on the minifigures is impressive, with Rocket carrying his trusty blaster and Ronan looking fierce in his cape and wielding his Cosmi-Rod hammer.
My friend Sarah also got her hands on this set and she can’t stop raving about it. The spaceship role play aspect is so much fun, especially with the 2 spring-shooter missiles on top and 2 mega 6-stud shooters beneath the wings. We’ve had hours of imaginative playtime, pretending to save the galaxy from villains just like in the movies.
But even when we’re not playing with it, this buildable toy looks great on display. It’s a real eye-catcher! And speaking of eye-catching, have you seen how cool the 3D building instructions are? My nephew Ben was able to follow along easily thanks to the interactive app that allows you to zoom in and rotate models in 3D. This has definitely become one of our favorite sets in the extensive LEGO Marvel range. Keep ’em coming, LEGO!
